TriVita Health and Wellness Business is only available within the USA/Canada, however International members can however set up an LLC together with a bank account and mailing services in order to participate in the business which is partnered with Tomorrows Home Business

We are having difficulty opening an eTrade Bank Account in the UK. Why I do not know. This makes it difficult to form your LLC personally in the UK as you wont be able to get a Bank Account.

I spoke with Phil who formed my LLC with a bank account and asked if he would open Bank Accounts for International THB members. He said there is problems doing that as The Banks have become very strict now days.

He can do the LLC plus the Tax number and get you a bank account with Bank of America with a debit card. The cost is $1000. $100 goes back into your bank account. So it costs $900 to get this LLC up and running

You would then need to get a USA mail address as well. This we can do with one of the mail forwarding companies on line for about $10 per month. If you have a friend or relative in the US you can by pass this expense.

Phil Herr is my contact man who set up my LLC. He can be trusted and I have also cleared it with him, that he will be getting calls relating to setting up LLCs for our group members outside America and Canada.

TriVita require

  • LLC name
  • LLC corporate number
  • The FEIN number of the LLC which takes care of a personal social security number We cleared this particular issue with Trivita Legal department
  • An America bank account number with the account aba routing number

    Phil Herr will set up the following for you

    • Basic Nevada LLC formation
    • Nominee corporate secretary
    • Obtain federal id number FEIN
    • Open US bank with debit card
    • State filing fee annual

    US tax law says that only US earned income is taxed. A member of an LLC who is non resident and alien is not taxed by the US

    Phil will need a copy of your passport, credit card and drivers license. I did Photostats of both sides credit card, main passport page and license card. Then scanned them into my file in PDF format and emailed them to Phil

    It takes a few weeks to get your debit card so don’t be impatient.

    Noel has developed an Instruction Kit to help people wishing to join Its A Good Business/Tomorrows Home business and TriVita in setting up a US Limited Liability Company and establishing a Bank Account.

    Noel DOES have a legitimate LLC established with an EIN as required to enroll with Trivita and a bank account  plus a USA mail address with a forwarding service for both mail and parcels.

    There is also an option to have a US Phone and Fax in the company's name with email based voice mail in the instructions although this is an add on if you want that service.

    The kit is a document with step by step instructions and all the relevant forms mainly as PDF Files to be used in the formalities of setting up the LLC. This can be sent by Skype File Transfer or email to you.

    Here are two alternatives to setting up your LLC:

    1. Use an Online Website Service – This will cost you from $275 to $400 plus annual taxes and other services such as US Mail Service and US Phone. You can also choose the US State you wish to register your business in – (Noel suggests either Delaware or Wyoming)

      Note: The Online Web Service will NOT be able to open a bank account for you in the US as a foreigner. The way to do this is explained in the Do It Yourself Section of my instructions.

    2. Do it yourself – This will cost around $160 plus annual taxes plus the above mail & Phone services.
